After being in Binh Chau for so long, our trip continues again today. Our friend M.A is getting much better after the accident. He feels he is ready to head back to Saigon, and continues his recovery.
The biggest issue was collecting the motorcycle from the Police. Good thing he made a call to the rental shop, as it seems its much easier process if we (foreigners) do not deal with the police. For the last few days, before figuring things out..we were worried about many things. One of the many is riding without a proper license. Will the police arrest us when we show up at the station?...
Went out to a local pharmacy shop early this morning, trying to pick up a few things for my buddy that is recovering. While I was there, the lady was very curious and talkative.
We have been in Binh Chau for awhile, it feels like the whole town knows we are here. Kinda like local celebrities.
As I couldn't figure out the words she wrote on that piece of paper. It felt strange when she adds her number to it. What is so important that she wants me to have her number? Was planning to take it back to the Guesthouse, the owners speaks a few words of English as his kids are studying aboard.

The day started great as we found a local secluded beach. Not a tourist in sight, nor any locals, which tend to like the beach an hour before dust sets in.
Being foreigners tends to get the local curiosity going. Even with a huge language barrier, locals like to invite us for whatever they are doing. BBQ seafood and a few local specialty drinks.
Day is awesome, getting to experience the local way of life. From what we understood, these road constitution worker...
After so many days in Saigon, the trip finally begins. F.G managed to find a 2nd bike, with a partial refund on his 1st lemon. So worth waiting the extra day or so for him. We planned to start the trip right after lunch, but we didn't get ready until around 2:30 pm. There was one more thing we were trying to do before the long ride to Ho cốc, was to fill up some gas.
However, on the way out of Saigon, before finding any gas stations, one of the three bikes ran out of gas on a very long stretch highway with nothing in sight. One of us went as far as we can, trying to ask for the nearest...
Spend the morning trying to find more bike gears. Ending up taking over 6 hours. A lot of that time has to do with standing aside, dodging rain. Its crazy the heavy downpour you get in Asia. Easily soaking wet within 15 secs...
Funny thing is, the rain coat stalls suddenly just pops out at every corner of the streets. I have been in Saigon for almost 3 weeks, I have never noticed them around. Maybe this is the 1 time I have seen rain here, every drink stalls transform into rain coat seller during the rain fall. They sure showed up at the right time. Cause I wasn't prepared for this, left the guesthouse...
