BMW just offered limited amounts of tickets for their legendary Ring Taxi program. Where a professional driver will take you around the Nurburgring race track. The taxi ride will end after 8 minutes or so, going at a pace as fast as many super cars at their limits. Got to hold on to the oh-sh1t bar!!

Trying to buy the ticket is like pre-ordering iPhone. Using multiple browsers, non stop refresh, yet getting server busy error. After 30 mins or so, you get the Tickets Sold Out disappointment…..

Rent4Ring : Rent a race prepped compact car for $99 euros, including insurance. Sounds like a really good alternative!!
