Picked up my 2nd bike today, another honda win 110cc bike. Did a couple of hours ride around HCMC, the bike feels solid eventhough the exterior could use some touch up.

Danh from Saigon Minsk really took care of everything, including changing the front tire to a new one for $10 bucks. I feel pretty confident with this bike, as it will be reliable enough to get me through Vietnam, possibly Laos and north Cambodia.

The test ride tonight is good enough for me to try a short trip outside of HCM. Decided to go west and check out the Mekong Delta for a few days, and try making back to Saigon to meet up with a long time friend from L.A by the 5th.

On Google map, it shows a short 165 kms, but I’m sure it will be a 5 hours plus riding trip. As the bus I took from Ha Tien pass through those cities on the way to Saigon.
