Heading to Nanjing for the weekend. Meeting up my long time friend C.C there. I’ve been in Shanghai for just over a month, I guess it’s time to explore a bit more.

The bullet train from Shanghai to Nanjing is fast, it comfortable, surprisingly its better than a lot of trains I have been on in Europe.

After meeting up with my friend,  we had dinner at a place that’s I’m sure we will be return tomorrow night. It’s on the 7th floor of a fancy mall, but it’s very well decorated to the old Asia street food style. We had so much delicious food, it was well worth the ¥138 rmd.

After that, we went to check out FuziMiao (fuzi temple) . They have a huge bell for luck, and a huge drum for wealth. By donations, ¥2 per sounding either one. Generally people will sound 1 or 3 times, hardly anyone will sounds the 9 times for maximum luck or wealth. Guess how many times I was willing to sound either one…

Btw, took some pictures of Fin sounding the bell too… Hope to have it processed soon.
