Met a Canadian friend today, F.G  from Montreal. He has been traveling roughly 7 months so far, and he started from Australia. He did the reverse path of what I have in mind. To slowly head south from South East asia to Australia.

Spend the better half of the day with him. As we were both taking a day break from the Wat(temples). We managed to find a hotel nearby, that offered swimming pool access as long a drink is purchased. Beer as cheap as 75 cents! We are heading back tomorrow after checking out the sunrise at Angkor Wat.

As we spoke, he mentioned about purchasing a motorcycle in Vietnam. Do an epic ride around country, and possibly cross the border into Laos. This idea has gotten me really fired up as I’ve been itching for an epic ride since Europe. If all goes well, it looks like Epic ride will be happening very soon.
